No organisation is perfect but we constantly strive to give what we hope is the best possible service for all of our patients. We welcome suggestions and complaints as a way of finding out what further improvements we can make.
We operate an in-house complaints procedure so that any difficulties you experience can be fully discussed and problems corrected where possible.
These should be directed to the business manager or left in the suggestions/complaints box situated next to the patient’s lifts on the 2nd floor.
